What types of plates can be analyzed with the ImmunoSpot® analyzer?

With the ImmunoSpot® analyzer, all 96-well plate type formats can be analyzed, including transparent plates, low-volume plates, peel-off nylon membranes and punched-out PVDF membranes. To receive our plate type info flyer, please contact ctl-e@immunospot.com.

How long does it take to scan a plate with the ImmunoSpot® analyzers?

The FastScan™ feature allows scanning a whole plate within one minute. More accurate scanning involves automated fine positioning of each well so the complete membrane area is captured and irregularities of the plates are corrected for. Scanning in this autocenter mode takes approximately four minutes per plate.


What types of plates can be analyzed with the ImmunoSpot® analyzer?

As with the ImmunoSpot® Analyzer, all 96-well plate type formats can be analyzed. In addition, zooming capabilities permit scanning of 24- and 48-well plates with the analyzer.
