SmartCount™ and SmartSpot™ for fully automated objective spot morphology recognition using scientifically validated principles. With the capabilities of SmartCount™, the majority of assays can be analyzed with ultimate accuracy.
AutoGate™ permits setting size thresholds automatically using statistically spot size distributions.
Multiparameter and multiplate counting for a virtually unlimited number of plates can be counted in a single session while assigning any number of parameter sets to different plates or wells.
Customizable counting parameters for recognition of spot morphology, spot density, spot size, background compensation and spot clusters.
Quality control (QC) module which permits review of automated counting results and allows manual revisions and annotations.

Support: The ImmunoScan™ comes with a full two-year warranty. In the rare event of a technical problem during the warranty period, CTL will exchange the ImmunoScan™ free of charge.

- Easy handling of experiments through flexible organization of plates during the analysis process
- Ability to create batches of plates groupded during exporting, printing or analyzing
Data Presentation:
- Direct export of single- and/or multiple-well arrangements to PowerPoint® or a printer, or to JPEG images for further import into any application
- Direct export of spot size distribution to Excel®
- Digital zooming feature permits viewing and exporting details of spot morphology
Transparence and traceability of counting results:
- Side-by-side viewing of raw images, counted images with overlays of counting results, and images where changes in quality control have been made.
- All data is stored separately such that changes or modifications never obscure previous data. This provides traceability in accordance with GLP and Part 11 requirements.
