Features include
- ImmunoSpot® Multi-Plate Auto Count™ (IMPAC™) - permits
uninterrupted, "walk away" counting of an indefinite number of plate
files
- Autogate™ is an automated "gating" algorithm that uses a
scientifically validated statistical function to determine minimum and
maximum spot size for different cytokines and eliminates subjectivity
from the analysis process
- The Quality Control module permits the verification of
counts generated by automated analysis. It allows manual revisions and
annotations, if required, to excise artifacts, to compensate for
leaking membranes, etc.
- Basic dual-color analysis
- Advanced presentation/publication features, including
direct exporting to PowerPoint®, permitting viewing, printing and
exporting image files at selectable resolutions, and zooming in on well
segments of specific interest
- Direct Excel® or XML® output for spot numbers,
mean spot size, and spot size distribution. Data output interfaces with
optional CTL SpotMap data management software.
