combines automated analysis with advanced presentation and data
management features, streamlining the entire process.

extend to you an offer for a free software trial! The software
trial will provide you with the opportunity to judge for yourself how
the software will facilitate your work and increase the quality of your
ELISPOT data.
Features of the new software include:
- Smart Count™—A
revolutionary technology which automatically recognizes spot
morphology. Setting up parameters can now be automatic, easy and
objective!
- Advanced Autogate™— A
statistical process to discern spots in foreground and background to
determine the minimum and maximum spot size to count, neglecting
artifacts, and recognizing clusters. Ambiguities about what to count as
a spot or not to count are eliminated by setting such absolute gating
criteria.
- Spot Info™— Provides
comprehensive information on individual spot characteristics, including
spot size, mean and maximum spot intensity, circularity, and mean well
intensity. Direct export in Excel, including generating spot size
histograms facilitates the advanced mining of data.
- Advanced Presentation Features—
Nothing convinces peers more than showing the original raw
data—documenting by the image of the actual wells how pristine the
assay results obtained are. Streamlined export of well compositions
into PowerPoint slides showcases groups of wells in any arrangement and
enlarged well segments creates presentations at ease; saving valuable
time and energy in preparing presentations or figures for publication.
- Streamlined Data Management—
ImmunoSpot® software provides the ability to group plates for
counting in batches, viewing raw data and the counting result,
exporting well surveys of plates for printing or saving, and more. (For
advanced data management, please inquire about our SpotMap™ software.)
- Double-Color analysis—In
addition to single-color red, blue, and gold spots, the new
ImmunoSpot® software can analyze two different cytokines
within one well.
- Quality Control—Even
in the hands of experienced investigators, Elispot assays can have
occasional wells with artifacts, such as a leaking or injured membrane,
clusters of dead cells, or dust. The quality control module permits the
viewing of counted results and allows one to make corrections (if
needed) in a streamlined way, documenting any manual override of the
automated counting result.
For customers in need of enhanced quality control and
documentation features, CTL offers Professional software along with
additional GLP options such as a Part 11 compliance and a qualification
package.
