Customization

Each of these models can be customized for specific work requirements in basic science or research in clinical or biotechnological settings. Due to our unique combination of expertise in both clinical research and the development of dedicated ELISPOT instrumentation, we are able to provide solutions which meet 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements in combination with GLP workflow of ELISPOT assays. CTL will tailor your ELISPOT reader systems to meet different demands with respect to work volume, data management, and regulatory and networking requirements. We also provide solutions for simultaneous ELISPOT analysis by multiple users and remote access from your PC or Macintosh for convenient work in your office.

Components

Uncompromised quality of analyzer components. We take pride in the superior quality of our analyzer components. All analyzers feature high resolution digital color cameras with highest quality objectives for work at single cell resolution. They all feature ball bearing stages with precision servo motors working under encoder control for slip-proof operation.

Scanning

Precise, user friendly scanning. Auto center and auto illumination assure automated and accurate scanning of ELISPOT plates of all common types. FastScan™ enables high resolution scanning of a plate in ~ 1 minute.

Software

ImmunoSpot® software. At the heart of all three image acquisition units is our sophisticated software that renders each a complete analysis work station. Additional software packages permit several investigators to analyze independently of the core scanner.

Expandability

Software can be added to address enhanced needs in data management (SpotMap™), high volume for two color analysis (ImmunoSpot® Dual Color) and quality control (ImmunoSpot® QC).

Support

Online support and internet based service. For instantaneous response, CTL offers online diagnosis and problem solving as well as service for all analyzers.
